Yes, we offer customization options for most of our products, including logo placement, colors, and materials.
We craft our products from a variety of materials, including wood, acrylic and leather.
For personalization, kindly send your files in vector format (.ai, .cdr, .eps, .svg)
Payments and Orders
If you've made an error in your order or accidentally purchased the wrong product, kindly reach out to us by sending us a message. We'll make every effort to assist you in correcting your order, although please note that we cannot guarantee changes once your order has been shipped. Once an order is in transit, it is no longer possible to cancel the delivery.
We don’t currently offer vouchers, but if you think it would be a good idea, let us know. We always love to hear your ideas and what you’d like to see!
Shipping and Processing
Processing times vary based on the type of product and customization. It typically ranges from 1-2 business days for mock-ups to 5+ business days for custom items.
Estimated delivery times vary by location. In general, we offer expedited shipping with delivery times of 7-10 days for Europe and the United States, 8-12 days for Canada, and 10-18 days for Australia.
We offer international shipping to most locations. Please contact us for specific information regarding your country.

Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for non-personalized, non-custom-made, and non-clearance items within 30 days of delivery. Please refer to "Shipping & Return" and "Refund policy" for full details.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized, custom-made items.
If we made a mistake with the personalization of your order, we will replace the item for you. However, we do not replace items engraved incorrectly due to buyer error.
