Bancontact
Bancontact is a popular payment method in Belgium, allowing you to pay directly from your bank account. Select Bancontact at checkout, and you will be redirected to your bank's website to complete the transaction securely.
iDEAL
iDEAL is a widely used payment method in the Netherlands. It enables direct bank transfers from your Dutch bank account. When you choose iDEAL at checkout, you'll be redirected to your bank's website to authenticate and complete the payment.
Shop Pay Installments
Shop Pay Installments allows eligible customers in the United States to split their purchase into convenient installments.
- Bi-weekly Installments: Spread your payments over 6 weeks with bi-weekly installments at 0% APR (Annual Percentage Rate).
- Monthly Installments: Choose monthly installments for a duration ranging from 3 to 12 months. APR varies from 10% to 36%, depending on the selected installment period.
Simply select Shop Pay Installments at checkout and complete your purchase. Your payment schedule will be clearly outlined, with the first payment due at the time of purchase.

We accept returns and exchanges for non-personalized, non-custom-made, and non-clearance items within 30 days of delivery. Please refer to "Shipping & Return" and "Refund policy" for full details.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for personalized, custom-made items.
If we made a mistake with the personalization of your order, we will replace the item for you. However, we do not replace items engraved incorrectly due to buyer error.

If you've made an error in your order or accidentally purchased the wrong product, kindly reach out to us by sending us a message. We'll make every effort to assist you in correcting your order, although please note that we cannot guarantee changes once your order has been shipped. Once an order is in transit, it is no longer possible to cancel the delivery.
