I ordered the Caramel menu covers for my store renewal after confirming the color with customer service. The reference photo showed a beautiful, warm, vibrant caramel tone with premium, contrasting light/white-ish stitching.
What arrived after a month of waiting is a completely different product. The leather is a muddy, dark brown that looks completely different, and the stitching is dark brown, totally lacking the refined detail shown in their advertising. It completely clashes with our interior and looks cheap.
To make matters worse, customer service refused to take responsibility, offering lazy excuses blaming "natural leather variations" and "professional lighting." A lighting illusion cannot turn dark brown thread into white thread. Do not trust their photos. Unprofessional and highly disappointing. Avoid if you care about design details.
Will be ordering more. Delivered quickly and better than expected.

They are falling apart within one week of purchase. I am gluing them together to keep using them. Kind of disappointed in the construction and lack of directions with the product.

Overall, the quality felt cheap. But what was worse than that was customer service lied to me on the phone. I asked if it will be shipping from Florida because I saw online you had an office there and my office is in Florida as well. The person assisting me on the phone said yes when I asked with concerns about shipping time. When it finally shipped, I noticed it shipped from Ukraine (not from Florida) and it took forever to arrive which messed with our business timelines. I was told it will be fast shipping because it would ship from Florida. I called and emailed to complain and nobody did anything to accommodate or even give a discount for our troubles. Customer service shouldn't lie. I wouldn't have ordered if I was told it's coming from Ukraine and not from the Florida office because of a time constraint we had. Completely unprofessional.

Product has not event arrived to US. Its been a momth now despite emphasizing urgency on multiple occasions. Requesting refund due to delay and damages caused on our end.
I love it a lot I can’t want to use them for my restaurant. The menu look luxurious. The packaging is damaged but the menu is fine.
