We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

  • Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

Returns and Exchanges

You can return or exchange non-personalized, non-custom-made, and non-clearance items within 30 days of receiving your package, provided they are in new condition and original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as any shipping costs incurred for an exchange.

❌ We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on personalized, custom-made, or clearance items. 

Replacements

If we made a mistake with the personalization of your order, we will gladly replace the personalized item for you. However, we do not replace items that were engraved incorrectly due to buyer error.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will email you to confirm the receipt of the item. We will also inform you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment or credit card within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there may be a processing time before a refund is posted. If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@inkohoreca.com

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
