Processing time

In case if you provide all necessary information for personalization:

  • 1-2 business days for preparation of visual mock up and confirmation of details
  • 3-6 business days for production of standard items with your personalization
  • 5+ business days for production of custom items (depends on your request)
Estimated delivery time! All shipping methods are expedited by default.
  • Europe: 7-10 days (FedEx, DHL)
  • United States: 7-10 days (FedEx, DHL, USPS)
  • Canada: 8-12 (FedEx, DHL) / can be longer, highly depends on your location
  • Australia: 10-18 (FedEx, DHL)
  • Everywhere else: 2-4 weeks / highly depends on your location

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Our prices DO NOT include VAT, GST or other country taxes.

Country of product origin - Ukraine. Pay attention to this according to customs and import taxes counting.

For international customers who are required to pay customs, you will receive an email from GFS Gateway, First Mile, or your local customs authorities asking for payment to have your order processed through customs. Unfortunately, there is no legal way around customs. Once you make that payment to the customs broker, your order will be processed for final delivery. 

Returns & exchanges

We gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

  • Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase

✅ RETURNS & EXCHANGES: You can return or exchange non-personalized, non-custom-made, and non-clearance items within 30 days of receiving your package, provided they are in new condition and original packaging. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as any shipping costs incurred for an exchange.

❌ We do NOT accept returns or exchanges on personalized, custom-made, or clearance items. 

🔁 REPLACEMENTS: If we made a mistake with the personalization of your order, we will gladly replace the personalized item for you. However, we do not replace items that were engraved incorrectly due to buyer error.

    Conditions of return

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
