Fabric Menu Cover with Plastic Sleeves and Inner Screw Plank

This fabric menu cover keeps the front completely clean: the sleeves are fixed inside the cover on a fabric-wrapped plank, so no screws show on the outside. It suits restaurants, wine bars and cafes that want a minimal hardcover look with a soft textile finish. The cover comes in the Plastic Sleeve version with a set of 8 Plastic Menu Sleeves, so every printed page is protected from spills, sauce and fingerprints, and a quick wipe brings the sleeve back to a clean look.

Woven Fabric over a Rigid Board

The cover is made like a hardcover book: a rigid board wrapped in dense woven fabric with neatly folded edges and a rounded spine. The fabric has a fine, even weave and a matte surface that feels warm in hand and pairs well with wooden tables and linen napkins. The board keeps the menu straight and firm when guests open it. The cover is available in 16 fabric colors, including red, bordeaux, olive, eucalyptus, cappuccino and black.

Screw Plank Binding Inside the Cover

Inside, a plank wrapped in the same fabric holds the sleeves with brass screws that pass through the punched edge of each sleeve. The binding keeps the pages aligned and lets them turn like a book, while the outer cover stays smooth and uninterrupted. To add pages or replace a worn sleeve, unscrew the plank, change the sleeves and fix it again. Sleeves load from the top, so updating a seasonal page or a price list only takes a new printed sheet.

Sizes for US and European Menus

Choose from 8 insert sizes: Legal, Letter, 2/3 Letter and Half Letter for US paper, A4, 2/3 A4 and A5 for European A-series paper, and Square. Tall 2/3 formats are a classic choice for a wine list or cocktail menu, Letter and A4 for a full restaurant menu, and A5 or Half Letter for a dessert or breakfast card. The Plastic Sleeve version is noticeably wider than a cover for bare paper pages, so the sleeves sit inside and turn freely. Extra Plastic Menu Sleeves are available in sets of 2 to 10.

Custom Logo with DTF Print

Your logo or artwork is applied to the front with DTF print, a durable transfer that keeps fine lines, hand-drawn illustrations and small text sharp on fabric. It works for one-color logos and multi-color designs alike, so the cover can carry your brand mark or a signature illustration of your venue. Send your file in a vector format such as AI, EPS, SVG, CDR or DXF, and we will prepare it for printing on the cover.
