Genuine Crazy Horse Leather

The cover is cut from genuine Crazy Horse leather, a waxed, pull-up leather that shifts lighter where it bends or is pressed. This gives every cover a natural, slightly rustic character that suits steakhouses, pubs, bistros and hotel restaurants. Crazy Horse needs a specific kind of care, and a little leather wax from time to time keeps the surface even. The cover is available in 18 colors, from black, brown, cognac and whiskey to emerald, ultramarine, opal and fuchsia, so it can match your interior or brand palette.

Screw Binding with an Elastic Band

The pages are fixed on screw posts, also known as Chicago screws, which pass through the punched edge of each sheet or sleeve and hold the menu together like a bound book. An elastic band adds extra hold and keeps the menu neat in hand and on the table. To add pages or update the menu, unscrew the posts, change the sheets or sleeves and tighten the screws again. The binding keeps every page aligned, so the menu turns smoothly from the first page to the last.

Plastic Menu Sleeves for the Sleeve Version

The Plastic Sleeve version comes with 8 hole-punched sleeves made of clear, glossy polypropylene. They are much denser and sturdier than standard office sheet protectors, hold up to constant page turning at the binding edge and wipe clean with a damp cloth. Sleeves load from the top, so a new printed page slides in without taking the sleeve off the screws, and your pages need no punching. If you need more pages, extra Hole-Punched Plastic Menu Sleeves are available in sets of 2 to 10 and ship together with your covers. The sleeves fit only covers made for sleeves, not the classic version.
