Warm restraint from the Nubuk collection

The FM-N01 in olive belongs to Inko Horeca's Nubuk line — a family of menu covers built around one of the softest, most tactile surfaces available for hospitality. This version pairs the same hardcover construction and three-screw spine as the rest of the collection with an antique brass fastener finish and a muted, earthy colour that sits comfortably in gastropubs, whisky bars, farm-to-table dining rooms, and heritage-styled hotels.

Nubuk in olive: warm, dry, and softly worn

Nubuk is finished to a fine, sanded nap that reflects light softly and absorbs fingertip pressure the way suede does — with more density and structure. The olive tone reads as natural rather than corporate, echoing brasserie greens, moss and forest palettes, and traditional pub interiors without leaning into anything obviously themed. Under warm restaurant lighting the surface picks up subtle depth, showing a slightly deeper cast where the light grazes. The nubuk resists routine spills, drink rings, and fingerprints, so the cover keeps its finish through repeated services.

Three antique brass screws — no rings, no strap, no tools

The spine is closed with three low-profile antique brass screws that double as a design detail. The warm brass tone was chosen specifically to complement the olive nubuk — polished silver would feel cold against this palette, while brass ties the hardware into the surface. Sheet replacement is straightforward: unscrew each fastener by hand, lift the old menu, position the new one against the aligned holes, and thread the screws back in. There are no springs to release, no loops to pinch, and no risk of catching a printed sheet in a hinge.

Built for non-standard sheet formats

The FM-N01 is proportioned for menus that intentionally sit outside standard A4, US Letter, or A5 dimensions — narrower, taller, or otherwise custom to your brand book. This makes it a natural fit for chef's specials, whisky flights, seasonal tasting menus, dessert cards, and printed dinner programmes where the sheet itself is part of the presentation. Because the sheets are held on screws rather than in a fixed pocket, the interior accommodates a range of paper weights and finishes, from lightweight matte stock to heavier textured card.

Blind debossed branding

Every cover in the Nubuk collection is branded with blind debossing — a pressure impression that recesses your logo into the surface without foil, ink, or contrasting colour. On olive nubuk the debossed mark reads as a gentle tonal shift, catching only shadow and grazing light, and holds up better than printed methods against daily handling. It is the branding technique used in premium book publishing and heritage stationery, chosen here because it complements nubuk's matte character rather than competing with it. Provide vector artwork and target dimensions when placing the order, and the debossing plate is prepared to those exact proportions.

Where the olive FM-N01 belongs

This cover is designed for front-of-house use in gastropubs, whisky and cocktail bars, boutique country hotels, farm-to-table restaurants, and any venue whose interior leans warm, earthy, or heritage. It pairs particularly well with wooden tables, brass fittings, dim evening lighting, and menus printed on kraft, cream, or dark stock. The hardcover build gives the menu weight and presence in the guest's hands; the olive nubuk surface keeps that presence from feeling formal or corporate.
