Before you order

Five decisions that save you a reorder.

Most problems with hospitality accessories show up after delivery: mismatched tones, menus that are a pain to update, covers that stain, a logo that disappears on the material. All of them can be caught before you order.

  1. 1Does the set match?

Material, tone and finish line up across every item guests see on the table.

  2. 2How are pages attached?

Screws, ring binder, corners or elastic — chosen for how often your menu changes.

  3. 3Can staff keep it clean?

The material survives spills and constant wiping during every shift.

  4. 4Does the logo method fit?

Engraving, embossing or print — matched to the material so the logo stays legible.

  5. 5Full cost & delivery date

Every item, branding and shipping in one quote, with a date you can plan an opening around.

One mismatched piece breaks the whole table

Guests see the menu, the check presenter and the QR stand at the same time, so they judge the set, not the single item. Choose materials and finishes for the whole table first, then order the pieces.

Pieces are chosen one at a time, but they have to work — and look — together. Go through these five checks before you place any order, with us or anyone else.

1. Will the pieces look like one set?

Menu covers, check presenters, QR stands and reserve signs are often bought at different times from different suppliers. The result: three shades of “walnut”, leather a tone off, a logo engraved on one item and printed on the next. Ask: can every item be made in one material and colour, and will I see them together in one mockup?

2. How will the menu pages be attached?

Screws & plank for menus that rarely change; a metal ring binder for frequent updates; corner mountings for one or two sheets of specials; an elastic band for booklets. Ask: which page size does it take (A4, US Letter, Legal) and how do staff swap pages?

3. Can your staff keep it clean every shift?

Menus pass through dozens of hands a day. Faux leather and sealed wood are the easiest to wipe; natural leather, nubuck and fabric look richer but need more careful handling. Ask: how is this material cleaned, and how will it look after six months of service?

4. Does the logo method suit the material?

Laser engraving is crisp on wood; blind embossing gives subtle relief on leather; foil or copper embossing adds a metallic accent; UV and DTF print carry full colour. Ask: which method keeps my logo legible here? Send a vector file (.ai, .cdr, .eps, .svg).

5. Do you know the full cost and the delivery date?

The price of one cover is not the price of the order. Make sure the quote includes every item, branding, menu design and printing if needed, shipping and any volume discount. Then work back from your opening date: mockup approval, production, delivery.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How long does production take?

It depends on the product and customization: design mockups usually take 1–2 business days and custom items 5+ business days. Share your opening date and we’ll confirm the full timeline in your quote.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery is 7–10 days to Europe and the United States, 8–12 days to Canada and 10–18 days to Australia.

Can I see the design before you produce it?

Yes. We prepare a mockup with your logo, materials and colours so you can approve the whole set together before production starts.

Can every item be made in the same material and colour?

Yes — that’s the point of ordering a set. Menu covers, check presenters, QR stands, reserve signs, cutlery and napkin holders can all be made in one material and finish.

Which branding methods do you offer?

Laser engraving, blind embossing and debossing, foil and copper embossing, UV print and DTF print. We recommend the method that keeps your logo clear on the material you choose.

What file do you need for my logo?

A vector file works best: .ai, .cdr, .eps or .svg.

Which page attachment should I choose?

Screws and a plank for menus that rarely change, a metal ring binder for frequent updates, corner mountings for one or two sheets of specials, and an elastic band for booklets.

Which page sizes do your covers take?

Most covers are made for A4 or US Letter; we also make Legal, A5 and A6 formats for drinks and wine lists. Tell us your page size and page count and we’ll size the binding.

Which materials are easiest to keep clean?

Faux leather and sealed wood are the easiest to wipe down during service. Natural leather, nubuck, felt and fabric look richer but need more careful handling.

Do you also design and print the menu itself?

Yes. We can design and print your menu pages so they fit the covers exactly, as we did for Apollon Restaurant.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes: 10% off orders over $500, 15% over $1,000 and 25% over $1,800.

Can I return custom items?

Personalized and custom-made items can’t be returned, but we replace them if we made an error in the personalization. Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Shopify Payments, plus Shop Pay and Google Pay.

Can you equip several locations with the same set?

Yes. We keep your materials, finishes and logo files on record, so every location — and every reorder — matches the first set.

Still have a question?

1. Processing time varies by product and customization: typically 1–2 business days for design mockups and 5+ business days for custom items.

2. Estimated delivery times: 7–10 days for Europe and the United States, 8–12 days for Canada, 10–18 days for Australia.

3. Wholesale discounts: 10% on orders over $500 USD, 15% over $1,000 USD, 25% over $1,800 USD.

4. Returns and exchanges are accepted for non-personalized, non-custom-made and non-clearance items within 30 days of delivery. Personalized items are replaced if the personalization error is ours.
