Fabric Menu Cover with Plastic Sleeves

This fabric menu cover brings a soft, textile look to the table and keeps every page protected with clear plastic sleeves. It is a good fit for cafes, bistros, brunch spots and casual restaurants that prefer a warm, homey style over leather. The cover is made in the Plastic Sleeve version and comes with a set of 8 Plastic Menu Sleeves, so printed pages stay away from spills, sauce and greasy hands. When a sleeve gets dirty, a damp cloth is enough to clean it, and the menu inside stays crisp.

Durable Woven Fabric

The cover is wrapped in a dense woven fabric over a rigid board, like a hardcover book. The fabric has a fine, even texture that feels pleasant in hand and gives the menu a calm, natural character. Folded edges and a clean spine make the cover look neat on a set table, and the board keeps it flat and stable when guests hold it open. Choose from 16 fabric colors, from black, navy and dark green to light gray, mustard and terracotta, to match your interior or brand palette.

Through-Screw Binding

The sleeves are fixed with through-screw binding: screw posts with chrome heads pass through the front cover, the punched edge of every sleeve and the back cover. The binding holds the menu together like a bound book, so pages turn smoothly and stay in order. To add pages or replace a worn sleeve, unscrew the posts, change the sleeves and tighten the screws again. Each sleeve loads from the top, so updating prices or a seasonal page takes only a new printed sheet.

Menu Cover Sizes for US and European Paper

The fabric menu cover is available in 8 insert sizes: Legal, Letter, 2/3 Letter and Half Letter for US paper, A4, 2/3 A4 and A5 for European A-series paper, and Square. Letter and A4 suit a full food menu, 2/3 formats work for a drinks or wine list, and A5 or Half Letter for a compact breakfast or dessert menu. Because the cover is made for sleeves, it is noticeably wider than a cover for bare paper pages, and the sleeves turn freely. Extra Plastic Menu Sleeves are available in sets of 2 to 10.

Custom Logo with DTF Print

Your logo is applied to the front cover with DTF print, a durable transfer that reproduces fine lines, small text and bright colors on fabric. It works for single-color logos as well as multi-color artwork, so your branding looks the same on the menu as on your signage. Send your logo in a vector format such as AI, EPS, SVG, CDR or DXF, and we will prepare it for printing.
