Turned from a single piece of solid Ukrainian oak and finished with natural oil, this round serving board carries an entire small-plates chapter of a BBQ meal on one surface. Eight symmetrical recesses hold shot glasses, sauce ramekins and small portions of cured meat, roasted nuts or dried fish, while a laser-engraved grill emblem anchors the centre of the board. The board is milled from a single piece of solid Ukrainian oak, chosen for its density, closed grain and resistance to alcohol spills and repeated wet-wiping — the daily reality of any active bar or grill station. All eight recesses are precision-milled to a consistent diameter that comfortably accepts standard 40–50 ml shot glasses, small stainless dip ramekins and portioned finger food. The surface is finished with a food-safe natural oil that deepens the amber tone of the oak grain over time and lets the burnt engraving sit sharp against the base wood, without a shiny lacquer that would flatten the material or crack under service.
