Simply unscrew 2 small screws on the plank, remove old pages, insert new ones, and screw back. The entire process takes about 30 seconds — perfect for seasonal menu updates or daily specials.

Can I order different sizes in the same wood color?

Yes! Many restaurants order A4 for their main menu, 2/3 A4 for the wine list, and Half Letter for cocktails — all in the same wood tone for a consistent look across all tables.

What file format do I need for logo engraving?

We accept AI, EPS, PDF, and high-resolution PNG (300+ DPI). After you place an order, we'll prepare a digital mockup showing exactly how your logo will look — and only proceed after your approval.

Can I order a sample before a bulk order?

Absolutely. Order 1 piece with your logo to test the quality, color, and feel before committing to a larger order. Many of our B2B clients start this way.

What's the minimum order quantity?

Wooden Menu Cover with Plastic Sleeves

This wooden menu cover brings the warmth of natural wood to the table and keeps every page protected with clear plastic sleeves. It suits steakhouses, pubs, ice cream cafes, craft bars and rustic restaurants that want a solid, natural-looking menu. The cover is made in the Plastic Sleeve version and comes with a set of 8 Plastic Menu Sleeves, so printed pages stay safe from spills, sauce and wet glasses. A quick wipe with a damp cloth cleans the sleeve, and the page inside stays crisp between reprints.

Plywood Covers in 10 Colors

Both covers are cut from smooth plywood with rounded corners and a visible wood grain that makes every piece slightly different. The plywood is available in 10 colors: Oak, Walnut, Cypress, Rosewood, Wenge, Chili, Jeans, Grey, Ivory and Olive. You can choose a standard finish or a varnished coating for extra protection against moisture and daily wear. Wood is light, durable and easy to keep clean, which makes it a reliable choice for busy dining rooms and outdoor terraces.

Leather Strap Binding with Screws

The front cover is joined to a narrow wooden spine with a flexible leather strap, so it opens and closes smoothly without stiff hinges. Inside, the sleeves are held by the leather strap and fixed with brass screws through the punched edge of each sleeve. The screws hold the pages firmly and let them turn like a book. To add pages or replace a worn sleeve, unscrew the binding, change the sleeves and tighten it again. Sleeves load from the top, so a new price list or seasonal page slides in within seconds.

Sizes for US and European Menus

The wooden menu cover is available in 8 insert sizes: Legal, Letter, 2/3 Letter and Half Letter for US paper, A4, 2/3 A4 and A5 for European A-series paper, and Square. Letter and A4 hold a full restaurant menu, 2/3 formats work for a wine list or cocktail menu, and Square suits a compact cafe or dessert menu. The Plastic Sleeve version is noticeably wider than a cover for bare paper pages, so the sleeves sit inside and turn freely. Extra Plastic Menu Sleeves are available in sets of 2 to 10.
