Fabric Menu Cover with Screw Plank: Classic or Plastic Sleeve Version

This fabric menu cover brings a soft textile look to the table and fixes the pages on a plank with screws inside the cover. It suits cafes, bistros, brunch spots and casual restaurants that want a warm, homey menu instead of leather. The cover comes in two versions. In the classic version, hole-punched printed sheets are fixed directly on the plank. The Plastic Sleeve version is noticeably wider and comes with a set of 8 hole-punched Plastic Menu Sleeves, so every page stays protected from spills, sauce and fingerprints.

Woven Fabric in 16 Colors

The cover is wrapped in a dense woven fabric over a rigid board, like a hardcover book. The fine, even weave feels pleasant in hand and gives the menu a calm, natural character, while the board keeps it straight and steady. The palette includes 16 colors, from black, navy, dark green and brown to softer shades such as eucalyptus, dusty rose, cappuccino and light gray, and warm accents like terracotta and mustard. It is easy to match the cover to your interior, tablecloths or brand colors.

Screw Plank Binding Inside the Cover

Inside, a plank wrapped in the same fabric presses the punched edge of the pages, and screws hold it firmly in place. The front of the cover stays clean, and the pages turn like a book. When the menu changes, unscrew the plank, swap or add pages and fix it again. The binding keeps every page aligned and stays tight after many updates, so the cover keeps its neat look.

Plastic Menu Sleeves for the Sleeve Version

The Plastic Sleeve version includes 8 hole-punched sleeves made of clear, glossy polypropylene, much denser and sturdier than standard office sheet protectors. Each sleeve loads from the top, so a new page slides in without taking the sleeve off the plank and without punching your paper. Fabric is softer than leather, so sleeves are a practical way to keep the pages inside clean through busy service. Extra Hole-Punched Plastic Menu Sleeves are available in sets of 2 to 10 and ship together with your covers. The sleeves fit only covers made for sleeves, not the classic version.

Sizes and Custom Logo Print

The cover is available for Legal, Letter, A4, Half Letter / A5, 2/3 Letter, 2/3 A4 and Square sheets, from a full food menu to a tall drinks list or a compact dessert card. Your logo is applied to the front with DTF print, which keeps fine lines, small text and bright colors sharp on fabric. Send your logo in a vector format such as AI, EPS, SVG, CDR or DXF, and we will prepare it for printing.
