Fabric Menu Cover with V-Clamp Binding: Classic or Plastic Sleeve Version

This fabric menu cover holds the pages with a V-shaped clamp along the spine, a compact binding that keeps the menu slim and neat. It is a good fit for cafes, bakeries, brunch spots and casual restaurants that want a soft textile menu with a clean, modern look. The cover comes in two versions. In the classic version, hole-punched printed sheets are fixed directly in the clamp. The Plastic Sleeve version is noticeably wider and comes with a set of 8 hole-punched Plastic Menu Sleeves, so every page stays protected from spills, sauce and fingerprints.

Woven Fabric in 16 Colors

The cover is wrapped in a dense woven fabric over a rigid board. The fine weave gives the menu a calm, natural feel, and the board keeps it flat and firm in hand. With 16 colors in the palette, from black, brown and navy to dusty rose, sky blue, eucalyptus, mustard and light gray, the cover can match almost any interior. Bright shades work well for cafes and kids' menus, while darker tones suit evening restaurants and bars.

V-Clamp Binding with Screws

A V-shaped clamp runs along the spine and presses the punched edge of the pages, while screws hold the clamp firmly in place. The pages stay aligned and open flat, so guests can read the menu comfortably. To update the menu, loosen the screws, swap or add pages and tighten them again. The clamp keeps the stack compact, which makes the cover a good choice for short menus with a few pages.

Plastic Menu Sleeves for the Sleeve Version

The Plastic Sleeve version includes 8 hole-punched sleeves made of clear, glossy polypropylene, much denser and sturdier than standard office sheet protectors. Each sleeve loads from the top, so a new page slides in without taking the sleeve out of the clamp and without punching your paper. A damp cloth is enough to clean the sleeves after service. Extra Hole-Punched Plastic Menu Sleeves are available in sets of 2 to 10 and ship together with your covers. The sleeves fit only covers made for sleeves, not the classic version.

Sizes and Custom Logo Print

The cover is available for Legal, Letter, A4, Half Letter / A5, 2/3 Letter, 2/3 A4 and Square sheets, from a full food menu to a drinks list or a compact dessert card. Your logo is applied to the front with DTF print, which reproduces fine details and bright colors cleanly on fabric. Send your logo in a vector format such as AI, EPS, SVG, CDR or DXF, and we will prepare it for printing.
