Fabric Restaurant Wine List Cover with Screw Plank: Classic or Plastic Sleeve Version

This fabric wine list cover keeps the front clean and smooth: the pages are fixed on a plank with screws inside the cover, so no hardware shows from the outside. It is made for restaurants, wine bars and hotel bars that present wines, cocktails or spirits in a separate list. The cover comes in two versions. In the classic version, hole-punched printed sheets are fixed directly on the plank. The Plastic Sleeve version is noticeably wider and comes with a set of 8 hole-punched Plastic Menu Sleeves, which keep every page safe from wine drips and wet glasses.

Woven Fabric with a Hardcover Feel

The cover is made of dense woven fabric wrapped around a rigid board, so it feels like a well-made hardcover book. The textile surface adds warmth and works well next to wooden tables, linen and ceramics. The palette has 16 colors, from deep bordeaux, dark green, navy and black for an evening wine bar to lighter cappuccino, sky blue, dusty rose and light gray for a daytime terrace or cafe.

Screw Plank Inside the Cover

A plank wrapped in the same fabric presses the punched edge of the pages, and screws hold it firmly in place. The binding stays inside, so guests see only the fabric and your logo on the front. When the wine list changes, unscrew the plank, swap or add pages and fix it again. The pages stay aligned and turn easily, so guests can browse the list at the table or at the bar.

Plastic Menu Sleeves for the Sleeve Version

The Plastic Sleeve version comes with 8 hole-punched sleeves made of clear, glossy polypropylene, much denser and sturdier than standard office sheet protectors. Each sleeve loads from the top, so a new vintage or price goes in without punching your paper or taking the sleeve off the plank. Sleeves keep a fabric wine list clean even in a busy bar. Extra Hole-Punched Plastic Menu Sleeves are available in sets of 2 to 10 and ship together with your covers. The sleeves fit only covers made for sleeves, not the classic version.

Sizes and Custom Logo Print

The cover is available for Legal, Letter, A4, Half Letter / A5, 2/3 Letter, 2/3 A4 and Square sheets; tall 2/3 formats are the classic proportion for a wine list. Your logo is applied with DTF print, which reproduces thin lines and small lettering cleanly on fabric. Send your logo in a vector format such as AI, EPS, SVG, CDR or DXF, and we will prepare it for printing.
